The booking fee was initially introduced specifically for online bookings, where presale risks are involved due to payments being processed before services are fulfilled.
Along the way, we heard your feedback: Many of you wanted to take advantage of features like prepayment, deposit, and pre-auth, but the booking fees added extra costs that could be challenging for our community. That was never our goal. With this in mind, weโve decided to take on the cost ourselves and remove booking fees entirely, making MoeGo more accessible for everyone. Weโve got you.
All booking fees for prepayment, deposit, or pre-auth features in online booking have been removed.

You can easily manage an entire dayโs worth of appointments for a specific staff member in one go. Whether you need to cancel, reschedule, or rebook appointments, this tool is designed to streamline the process.
Here are some scenarios we learned from our community when building this feature:
- If a staff member calls in sick, quickly cancel or reschedule all their appointments for the day.
- Rebook appointments that are on an optimal route or have a consistent grooming frequency
- Manage appointments during extreme weather events, including rescheduling or canceling multiple bookings over several days.
It's all about saving you time and making your appointment management easier so you can focus on doing what you love and thrive.

To those who love our Grooming Report, you can now keep your photos in the original aspect ratio.
For you:
- Android Users: Youโll be able to crop your images as you like!
- iPhone Users: Currently, our system supports only the 1:1 cropped image format for iPhone users.
For your clients: Images on the client side will be shown as uploaded. That means, if you use Android devices, it will show in the original ratio you cropped and uploaded; if you use an iPhone, it will remain as in a 1:1 cropped format.
๐ถ Create a New Breed + Permission Settings

We've added two updates to Client & Pets for breed management:
- Add a new breed now requires you to click "Create New Breed" so that no accidental breed entries are made.
- Staff without permission to access Client & Pet settings can no longer add new breeds.
๐ Keep or Delete Appointment After Adding to Waitlist

You now have the option to keep or delete the current appointment when adding it to the waitlist by selecting the "Delete current appointment after adding it to waitlist" checkbox.
