We understand that scheduling can get tricky, and mistakes might happen, especially when only specific staff members are qualified to handle certain services – like bathers who can only do baths, while senior groomers handle advanced cuts.
That’s exactly where the Service by Staff feature comes in! This new feature allows you to associate specific services with the right staff members, ensuring your team is always matched with tasks they’re qualified for.
Simply set it up by going to Settings > Services > pick a service > Available Business & Staff. After that, when creating new appointments, you'll be able to quickly allocate the right staff for their matched service.
Note: Online booking is separate from this new feature setting. Please navigate to the Online booking > Settings > Booking flow > Service > select a service to adjust available staff.

No team members are the same, and that every staff member brings unique skills and expertise to the table. Whether it's a quick, efficient haircut from a junior staff member or a complex style crafted by an experienced stylist, we support these differences to empower your team and deliver a more personalized client experience.
With the new Service by Staff feature, you can now easily assign services with customized prices and durations based on each staff member's unique skills and experience. That means, no more manually adjusting service durations and pricing for each appointment. Plus, this setup seamlessly integrates into the online booking process, so that when clients book online, they’ll see accurate duration and pricing from the start.
To set it up, navigate to Settings > Services > pick a service > Price & Duration > Advanced options for business & staff.

For our mobile users enjoying the new Map View, we’ve just added a timeline chart! This new feature allows you to:
👥 View Staff’s Timeline, Driving Time, and Distance
When you select a staff member, you’ll now see their daily timeline along with driving time and distance. This helps you quickly check their schedule and optimize routes.
📅 Show Driving Time and Distance When Scheduling
While scheduling an appointment, you can now see the driving time and distance between stops. You can also adjust the appointment time by simply clicking or dragging the appointment card to the best time slot in the timeline chart.
