📣 We’re taking away booking fees.

Our journey began with a vision: to create tools that empower pet businesses to reach their full potential. The booking fee was introduced specifically for online bookings, where presale risks are involved due to payments being processed before services are fulfilled.

Along the way, we heard your feedback: Many of you wanted to take advantage of features like prepayment, deposit, and pre-auth, but the booking fees added extra costs that could be challenging for our community. That was never our goal. With this in mind, we’ve decided to take on the cost ourselves and remove booking fees entirely, making MoeGo more accessible for everyone. We’ve got you.

Because your success drives us! Every appointment you book will go directly toward growing your business, so that you can focus on doing what you love and thriving without any extra costs.

All booking fees for prepayment, deposit, or pre-auth features in online booking have been removed. We hope you could take full advantage of these features as the holiday season approaches.

What was the booking fee?

The booking fee was a small percentage we charged on transactions using prepayment, deposit, and pre-auth features in online bookings. It was collected to manage the presale risks that come with processing payments before services were fulfilled.

Will my monthly subscription fee increase now that the booking fee is removed?

No, your monthly subscription fee will not change. This will not affect your current subscription price.

Does this change affect all users?

Yes, the booking fee removal applies to all MoeGo users and all plan types.

When does the removal of the booking fee take effect?

All booking fees have been removed. You can now use prepayment, deposit, and pre-auth features without any additional costs.

Will MoeGo still help with potential disputes now that the booking fee is gone?

Yes, MoeGo will still help with any counter disputes, just like we did when the booking fee was in place. While we can’t guarantee the result of every dispute, we’re here to support and guide you to protect your business.

Was I charged a booking fee in the past when I manually took a deposit?

No, the booking fee only applied when you set up automatic deposits, prepayments, or pre-auth through online booking. Manually collected deposits were never subject to a booking fee.

How can I start using prepayment, deposit, or pre-auth features now that the booking fee is gone?

If you’re not already using these features for online booking, you can easily set them up with MoeGo Pay.
