You can now apply service charges per pet instead of per appointment! Service charges, such as special handling fees, will be automatically multiplied by the number of pets in the booking.
Example: If there are 2 pets in the appointment, the service charge will be automatically applied twice.
👉 Go to Settings - Service - Service charge - Add new or edit existing service charge - Applicable to each appointment / each pet to set it up.
Now, you can configure service charges to auto-apply to specific service types like Boarding, Daycare, or Grooming—saving time and reducing errors.

Tired of asking the same questions to every client? Now, customize which booking questions apply based on client type (new client vs. existing client) or pet type (new pet vs. existing pet).
