In August 2023, Fluffology launched Online Booking, making it easier than ever for clients to schedule appointments. This feature quickly became a favorite among younger-generation pet parents, who appreciated the convenience of booking with just a few clicks.

The following month, Fluffology added the Reserve with Google integration, and the results were clear. Over the next three months, online booking requests surged by 46%. This powerful tool helped them connect with their ideal audience – young, tech-savvy pet parents who prioritize mobile accessibility and top-notch care for their pets.
