Set Staff Login Hours
Take control of your team’s access with customizable staff login hours. Now, business owners can restrict staff logins to specific time ranges (e.g., 8 AM–6 PM).
👀 Example: A staff log-in at 7 PM will be blocked if outside the set hours.
👉 Go to Settings - Staff - select a staff - Login hours to set it up.
When “Forget Password” Happens
We’re boosting your account security! Now, when you update your password, your account will be instantly logged out on all devices.
No extra steps—just change your password, and know that your account is protected across all devices.
Pet Appearance Notes in Profiles
Need a quick way to identify pets without a photo? Now, you can add appearance notes to each pet’s profile! Bonus point: You can also find the appearance notes in the printable Appointment List.
👀 For example: add details like “Akita, 60lbs, White and black” to help your team quickly identify the pet, even without a photo.
👉 Go to Clients & pets - select a profile - Pet detail - Appearance to set it up.
Task Management on MoeGo App
Managing your team’s tasks just got easier—and mobile! Our Task Management feature is now available on the MoeGo app for both owner and staff acccount, so that:
- Owners can assign tasks to specific team members.
- Staff can add notes to track progress and details.
