Stay on top of your to-dos! Now, when a task is assigned to you, you’ll get instant notifications on both the MoeGo app (via push alerts) and desktop (via the bell icon 🔔 in the top-right corner).
For example, a pet needs a midday walk. The manager assigns the task to you → ding! You’re alerted instantly, even if you’re across the facility.
👉 Go to Settings > Staff > Notifications to turn on the alerts.
Got clients with a whole squad of furry friends? Now, schedule stays for multiple pets in the same booking—as long as they’re under the same client profile!
👉 Go to Home - Create new appointment - Select pets to try it out.
Now, when you add a grooming service to a boarding stay, the system auto-fills the grooming date and time to match the pickup slot. Just adjust the time backward based on how long the service takes—so pets are fresh and ready right before they go home!
👉 Go to Create new appointment - Add another service, and the system will auto fill with the pick-up date and time.
No more lost toys, leashes, or blankets! Now, staff can upload photos and notes of pet belongings directly in the MoeGo app.
