Make Your Evaluations Your Own with Name Customization
You can now customize evaluation names to match your style and services. Here are a few cool names we’ve seen in our MoeGo Community:

👉 Go to Settings - Services - Evaluation - Service name in online booking to customize it.
Streamline Fees for Early Drop-offs and Late Pick-ups
You can now set up early drop-off and late pick-up fees tailored to different care types, including boarding, daycare, or grooming. Fees are automatically applied based on your daily operation hours, even if you have different operation hours every day.
👉 Go to Settings - Services - Evaluation - Auto apply under certain conditions to set it up.
Auto Assign Staff for Evaluation
Need a seamless way to manage evaluations? You can now turn on auto-assign to let the system allocate staff automatically or assign a specific staff member for evaluations when specialized care is required.
👉 Go to Settings - Services - Evaluation - Applicable staff to set it up.
More Flexibility for Pets Without Passed Evaluations
Pets that haven’t passed evaluations can now be booked for services, with a reminder notification to keep you informed of their evaluation status.
Edit Package Balance and Expiry Dates
You can now easily update your clients’ package information, including the remaining sessions and the validity date.
👉 Go to Clients & Pets - select the specific customer - Packages - Remaining / Validity to edit.
