Discount Codes for Specific Services

You can now set up discount codes for specific boarding and daycare services, giving you more control over your business. Whether at manual checkout or online booking, select which services your discount applies to with ease.

👉 Go to Marketing  > Discount  > Create discount > Discount limitation  > Limit to selected options to set it up.

Pricing Rule Interface Update

We’ve made navigating your boarding and daycare pricing rules so that everything is in one place to save you time and simplify pricing management. 

• All pricing rules, including for multiple pets, nights, and peak dates, are now moved under Pricing Rule.
• Service charges, like those for late pick-ups and early drop-offs, have been moved under surcharges.

Exceed 24-Hour Pricing Role

For businesses that charge by 24-hour period, you can now automatically charge for extra time when a pet stays beyond a 24-hour period!

📌 How It Works:

• A pet is scheduled for boarding from Monday at 10 AM to Wednesday at 10 AM. If the owner picks up at 3 PM on Wednesday (5 extra hours), an additional charge automatically applies.

👉 Go to Settings > Services > Pricing rules > Exceed by 24-hour period to set it up.
