Clearer “In-House” Tracking
Tired of confusing counts mixing checked-in pets and future appointments? Now, only appointments with checked-in pets will appear in your “In-House” section—making it easier to track who’s actually under your care!
👉 How it works:
- Checked-in appointments → Automatically appear in “In-House.”
- Non-checked-in appointments → Stay in “Upcoming” until arrival.
Convert Daycare to Boarding in Seconds
Unexpected changes happen, and now you’re ready! Convert daycare appointments to boarding effortlessly when pet parents need to extend their stay.
👉 Here’s how
- Open the existing daycare appointment
- Add a boarding service (under “Add Other Care Type”)
- Click on “Save” > Hover over the daycare service and click the pencil icon > Delete the daycare service.
- Save again—done!
Keep Evaluations Up-to-Date with Expiration Settings
Ensure every pet’s safety and compatibility with your facility—no exceptions. Now, you can set evaluations to expire automatically if a client hasn’t visited your business within a specified timeframe.
👉 Go to Settings > Services > Evaluation to set expiration rules.
Auto-Fill Daycare Lodging Settings
When creating a daycare appointment, the lodging allocation will now auto-fill based on the specific daycare service and the applicable lodging settings.
👉 Go to Home > Create a new appointment to try it out.
