You can now add the same grooming service multiple times during a single boarding stay. Whether it’s a bath, nail trim, or full groom, you can now schedule and track all services seamlessly.
For example, a pet is staying for a month-long boarding and needs a groom at the beginning of their stay and another before they go home. Now, you can add both grooming appointments to their boarding schedule—no extra hassle, just happy pets and happy clients!
👉 Go to Home - Create a new appointment / Select an existing appointment - Add another care type to set it up.
Needed to explain exactly how a stay’s total was calculated? You can now see the average price per day in ticket details.
Additionally, when you hover over the price in a ticket, you’ll see a daily breakdown—including holiday surcharges or special rates.
For our multi-service providers, you can control who accesses boarding/daycare lodging settings! If certain staff (ex. grooming teams) don’t need lodging access, simply toggle it off in settings.
👉 Go to Settings - Staff - Role settings - Settings to set it up.
Need to confirm which fluffy guest is which? Now, simply tap a pet’s profile picture in the app to instantly view a larger version.
