For Melanie Wallace, this pursuit of excellence was more than just a passion. Having worked at PetSmart as a manager, Melanie made a bold leap in 2018, venturing forth to establish her own grooming salon. 

With fully streamlined technology, Sudsy Pup Paw Spa has created a seamless grooming experience from pre-appointment arrangements to post-grooming reports, all with Online Booking and Grooming Report. 

Now, what began as a dream shared by Melanie and her husband has turned into a thriving team of 10 dedicated professionals at the Sudsy Pup Paw Spa.

About Melanie

Melanie began her career 15 years ago at PetSmart. Working as a salon maanger, she established one of the brand's most esteemed salons. In 2018, Melanie left behind the corporate world to realize their dream of founding Sudsy Pup.

With 10 employees, it’s critical that the operations are streamlined and efficient in order to provide the pet parents with consistent and high-quality experiences every time. Grooming Report, a digital interactive report card, is what Melanie and her team use to make it happen.

At the Sudsy Pup Paw Spa, there are no in-between pets. They have divided the groom from the bathing, assigning dedicated staff members to bathing and grooming to create a workflow. When it comes to the Grooming Report, the responsibility falls on the groomer or bather who completes the service to generate the report, ensuring accountability and accuracy in client feedback.

Leveraging the Review Booster at the end of each grooming report, Sudsy Pup Paw Spa strategically sends out grooming reports at the end of the day to encourage pet parents to leave reviews effortlessly.
